We currently only accept PAYPAL and/or Certified funds (Money Orders and/or Cashier’s Check) now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipping
Smaller orders usually ship via US Postal Services. For items ship via UPS, we will contact your for-shipping charge. Please remember, we cannot ship anything to a P.O. Box.
Additional charges may apply for UPS/FEDEx/DHL/International. We will notify you before processing your order.
Warranty
Please contact us before returning the GRIDSTICK for any reason. The GRIDSTICK is covered with 90 days warranty with proof of order. Within the period of this warranty, GRIDSTICK will repair or replace, free of charge any defective part.
Once your GRIDSTICK arrived, inspect the product for damage. If there is shortage or damage, please save the shipping box and contact us immediately.
DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, OR ALTERATIONS VOIDS ALL WARRANTY.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us right away after placing the order. Once your order has been filled and shipped, we cannot cancel your order and payment will not be refunded.
